Tomtom Australia map cant get it to work!

Hey everyone im trying to load a map that i downloaded and ive installed fast activate but when i open it, It opens then closes straight away does anyone know why?

Are you saying that FastActivator opens then closes straight away

and what is windows version ?
and is it 32 or 64bit ?

Please re-download the newest version of the file and try again (Link in my sig)
Place the FastActivate.exe file in the root of your device and run from there.
