Okay, everything works great, but I have no sound. Here's what I did:

1)Backed up my TomTom via copy & paste everything
2)Downloaded and ran the SE_Navcore.9.205.547817_32mb_devices.exe from this forum, overwriting files when asked.
3)Rebooted TomTom

I have a TomTom XL 350 with IQ 2.

I cannot get sound now. What did I do wrong.. or what do I need to do to fix the no sound issue? I have been reading here in this forum, but I haven't found the answer yet. Please point me to the thread or tell me what I need to do to fix this issue!

P.S. This site is AMAZING.

Your mistake was Step 2. You should use:[Please Register or Login to download file] +ttsystem & PNDNavigator only here X_ttsystem.9.205.547817.1

I installed nc 9.205 and try to patch my tomtom home but get a message that the correct tthome.dll is missing... Also when I start my tomtom home I get a message that I do not have an original system on my go 720...What seems to be the problem here pls? I tried everything, starting to get hopeless...

I've been proding and poking a 710 and currently have it at:

App 9.205.547817.1
OS 547200 (5007, 2.7.2010)
GPS v1.20
Boot 5.5250

Is this pretty much the best a 710 can manage?

To fix version error.
Open the ttgo.bif file with Notepad.
Replace lines 9 & 10 with these:
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8351
ApplicationVersion=9982
Save it as ttgo.bak
Disconnect & reboot.

The section with the files to download is not clear on how to use them..

I see this:

Navcore 9.205.547817 for Rider3

[Please Register or Login to download file]

X_ttsystem.9.205.547817.1
X_Navcore.9.205.547817.1.Basicpack

I can download these, but there are no instructions on what to extract, where to extract, if it should be a clean install or overwriting the files with the same name.

You said I need only the RIDER cab and X_ttsystem.9.205.547817.1

Okay, so... I have downloaded the 2 files you told me to use. After the other installation I did wasn't working correctly, I wiped (but didn't reformat) my TomTom and put all the backup stuff back on and everything is as it was before installing the other navcore. What steps shall I take now to install 9.205.rider3.cab-navcore-RIDER.cab and X_ttsystem.9.205.547817.1? Do I just erase everything from the TomTom and extract those to files into the root? If I'm seeing this correctly, I cannot use the Jukebox with my model of TomTom?

Thanks for all your help.

1. Copy all of the .cab files then only the ttsystem & PNDNavigator files from the .rar, overwriting any common files.
2. If you have JB now, it should work with the upgrade..

Okay, there is a ttsystem file in both the .cab and the .zip (it's not a .rar by the way). Which one should I be using? The one from RIDER.cab or X_ttsystem.zip?
