I have a Tomtom One XL HD Traffic that requires NavCore 7.301. I can't find it on navitotal. Does anybody know where I can get it? Has to be specifically that version: Tomtom NavCore 7.301...

TT Home "Update my device" will always install the current navcore for a device. You may have to run "Update my device" several times to get the latest navcore version, which for your Tomtom One XL HD Traffic is 8.010.

TomTom XL

Postby interceptor30 » Sat Dec 17, 2011 7:31 pm

Hi I am trying to grapple with all this info before getting stuck in with my TT. How do I find out what my navcore is?
I have a ONE XL. The details on the screen are:
DEVICE:
App: 8.014 (9372/808613) OS 198799
RAM
GPS: V1.21 Boot 5.5019
Map:' uk............v725.1883
Lang: English.

What I wanted to know is how do I know which map and navcore to use and where can I find the tutorial? I was reading something earlier about a keygen in one thread and no mention of it in another forum so i'm getting confused. Also, My device has the speed cameras built in so would I have to do a seperate installation for this or would this come built in with the map?

Thanks.

1. Your navcore is 8.014
Your map is a 725 Edition. Current Edition is 880.
2. All Tutorials are here: Tutorials
3. To use a map that you didn't get direct from TomTom, you must patch your navcore & map.
4. Speed cams are not a problem.

Hi I am having trouble trying to find the right navcore and map for my device.. Any idea where I can get them and how to install them etc? Device is a TT ONE XL - APP 8.014 (i'm guessing this is my navcore right?) OS 198799 (no idea what this means) - 32 MB RAM (free 4.5MB) - GPS v1.21 - BOOt 5.5019 - Map UK ROI v725.1883. I also need speed camera update but clueless as to where I might find this... Any help is appreciated.
Thank you.

1. FastActivate 24.11.2011 {1.8.8.0} Read the instructions, then select the Premium version.

2. TomTom Official Speedcams 16.12.11 Read the instructions.

I deleted old map folder and copied over the new one (880.3865) I then copied over fastactivate to root and ran .exe. When I click update meta.txt i get an error message: ERROR: Could not get file time on server. Check your internet connection
Integrated Meta.txt enabled.

When I reboot the TT it says no maps found.

What am I doing or not doing right?

I used the auto installer and managed to install v8.410 on my device - I copied map (880.3868) and used auto activate and nothing...TT says I have the wrong map - Any idea which map I need? Is there a auto installer for my previous navcore (8.014)?

Forget the update meta.txt button. Just use the map patch button.

This is the classic message for when the map is not patched. A patched map will have a .meta.dct file in the map folder.

8.351, which is the current official navcore for your unit. I know that is not the answer that you were looking for. I have 9.205 on my GO X20.
