Hi all,
Some while back (2016) we bought a 2010 Renault Koleos with the TomTom Carminat system installed. It had the original map set which only took it upto 2010.
We were shocked to find that Renault had only ever produced 1 update for this DVD-Rom based system which was for 2011-2015 ... but this was useless as it did not cover our area of Spain in any detail. Renault further commented that they were no longer supporting the version of TomTom and said simply that if we wanted to update/replace the sat nav, then we should buy a new car !!!!!! Damn cheek !!!!
Is anyone aware of a way to replace this old system without having to buy a new car or update it ???

If the DVD contain more or less the same as devices with an SD card I think it must be posssbile to create a new DVD.
Is it possible to make a list of what is on that DVD ?
