Tomtom clear route button not active.Help

Hi I have updated a few tomtom units and I most often have to change navcore to activate maps which is not a issue but on all the clear route button becomes inactive. Any help in trying to get this button working would be great it happens with all navcore's and maps.Thanks

Never had a user reporting a problem like that and never had the problem myself.
So without further info I can only assume the problem is with the user.

The Clear Route button is only inactive if their is no route planned in the device. When a route is planned then you should have access to this button.

So you had no route planned or was the Navcore somehow bad?
