[Please Register or Login to download file] It copies files from a 'old' model onto the PC's harddisk and then to the 'new' device.
On a Windows-7 system, files on harddisk are tempararily stored in:
c:\users\userid\appdata\local\temp\TTDTM
If anyone could do some reverse engineering on this "exe", this might give an idea
on how to access the new models.
You can fool this program.
-Example: put stuff on a 825
Insert an sd card with a 9.xx navcore on it, fooling the "exe" thinking it's a Tomtom.
When asking to connect the 825, go and edit the "temp" stored file and add the files
that want to be transferred. It works like a charm . . . . .
