According to your ttgo.bif, you have navcore 9.026, not 9.205

Watching this thread with interest ... tendriver: you may recall I went down this same route a couple of months back, and found no solution except to use the 'official' navcore.
I concluded that the memory map in the 715 is not the same as model x10, and I believe there is 'hole' resulting from the absense of the simcard.

Surely you don't mean the 715s that you were strongly warned about & encourged not to buy!!! I don't see anything interesting about this thread. You already know the ending.

Yeeeaahh! That was the one ... I notice that neither AS-RAT or LEENO have mentioned which Navcore was on their 715 before they tried to upgrade. It was almost certainly 7.903.9183 (with Bootloader 5.2400) which I am fairly sure is the latest navcore that will work on it. My 715 was eventually donated to a needy new home, at least the map can be updated but not to a version with any advanced features.

I think that 4.8600 was a correct bootloader for an earlier navcore, but if it is working with 7.903 ok, then I would not change it. I am pleased that your 715 is working ok again. I have tried many new navcores with the 715 but every one of them gives problems. Stay with 7.903 !!
