1. Please define, "it crashes".
2. I don't understand what you are referring to.

Hi
Tomtom opens up on my computer and recognizes my tomtom device. When I click operate my Go on tomtom home, I get a error saying Tomtom Home stopped working
I use Windows 7 Ultimate.
Cheers

There are three 9.2 navcores, 9.200, 9.201 & 9.205 You are running 9.2XX????

The first time you ran "Operate my GO" with 9.2XX installed, did TT Home advise you to download & install some files?

Dear NT
The navcore I have installed is 9.205 and Map UK Ireland 880.3810
Tomtom home was functioning well before I updated to this map version.
It didnot ask me to download and install any files.
I would be grateful if I have made error in installing the map in Navcore 9.205
Many thanks
MG

Tomtom Home crashes with message: TomTom Home has stopped working.

This only happens when "Operate my Go" is pressed. Help?
