i.am a newbie to this forum could you help?
when running tomtom home all i get is a message runtime.exe.error code unable to run tomtom home
please help.

Have you tried to download a fresh copy from the TT site and/or reinstalling it ?

yes.ihave two tomtoms and it wont work with either. regards

should have stated following. model..tomtom go 730.

also when connecting my tomtom to computer via usb it will not go past the red x screen telling you not to disconnect. when closing down tomtom computer screen says cannot read from disc reformat but will not let me do. regards

Have you done a "30 sec. hard reset" on this 730?
Please do not format anything at this point!!
