Tomtom map share on TTN7

Does anyone know how to get map share updates using Tomtom navigator. Normally it would be done via TT home, however the program states that it is not compatible with navigator:think:

Read post five on this page, it explains how to fool Tomtom home into thinking your device is an actual Tomtom device making mapshare work

Be sure to only select mapshare updates.
