Hello, I am a newbie & I am totally lost. I thought I was doing right buy coping & pasting the contents of my Tomtom to a folder. Wrong Idea, I have nothing now. I also thought I could just copy & paste to get it back; Wrong again. “I need your help please”. This is what I have; when I plug the gps unit in I get a picture of a gps unit on the screen. I tried using tthome & it tells me I have no map. I don’t. Like I said I am totally lost & I would appreciate it very much if someone could walk me thru this & tell me what I need to get this gps unit working again. The old saying is true I found out; If it ant broke, don’t fix it. I have no Idea what this stuff means below, all I know is I don’t have it. I ran TTcurrentconfig from my computer , Internal(G) & got this.

TTcurrentconfig sez you have navcore 9.053 & a US 845 map. They have to be there for TTcurrentconfig to see them.

have you tried a reset? some units you hold the power button for a minute others a pin in a little hole.
