TomTom One 4N00.004.2 - Navcore + Maps question

Hi all

I have a TomTom that has a faulty SD card.
Does not boot and when I enter the SD card, windows asks to format it.

I have a TomTom One (4N00.004.2) = seems to be a V2 (One 2nd Edition / One New Edition)
Now I found already that:
- Original Navcore 7.903
- Orginal boot 5.3012

Which Navcore can I install to be up-to-date. I have read on the forum 8.412 & 8.414, but I am not sure.
Which Maps can be combined with the navcore ? I need Europe maps (SD card is now 1gb)

Check the Navcore section and do some reading there.
Check the 910 map thread and do the same.
After doing so I would you need about2 minutes to make a good decision :)

I have read the forum
I am now trying with Navcore 945. TT starts, but does not save my country settings.
Any tip ?

What country settings???
TTS only uses a voice, the rest is Navcore/settings specific.
