Thanks in advance.

Yep. It applies to all TT models, except the new ones with navcore v10 or v11.

Hello once again, I've tried to accomplished the task but when i start my TomTom One it gives me a red cross in the card memory. I´ve followed the instructions in the post "http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?3890-4gb-sd-card-for-tomtom-one-xl". Here's the characteristics of my TomTom. Navcore 7.903 (9183/081205), Bootloader 5.0500 and I've download "navcore_7.903.9183.one-onev3" from "http://download.tomtom.com/sweet/navcore/navcore_7.903.9183.one-onev3.cab". After, I decompress I notest that it has the same files than in my card. Are you certain that the 4gb memory card SCHC will work in my TomTom? What can I do?

Form the ttgo.bif file:

[TomTomGo]
DeviceName=TomTom ONE
DeviceVersionHW=ONE (v3)
DeviceSerialNumber=__________
DeviceUniqueID=__________
RamDiskVersion=20081205
BootLoaderVersion=50500
LinuxVersion=2344
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=7903
ApplicationVersion=9183
UserLanguage=Português
UserName=

How can I put a faster bootloader in it like in the next post? "http://www.navitotal.com/forums/showthread.php?6292-SDHC-Card-with-TomTom-One-XL".

Thanks.

Every navcore has it's own bootloader. It is best to keep the bootloader & navcore paired up. Any navcore from 8.300 on up, will have a bootloader, that will work for you. It's a file named "system".

Hello, I've tried but it's seems not working in tomtom one new edition. I even put a superior Navecore but the problem is the same. Won't boot. It show's a red croos in the card. I would appreciate more information. I Have to start from the beginning again and try another time.

Thanks.

You must use a a normal SD card to install the new BL.
3671 unpack to the root of a normal SD and start the TT.
You will se a short warning note and after that your TT has the BL 5.5128 which can use the SDHC card.

I appreciate the effort that you guys have. I will try another time and give you feedback. For the moment I insert the 2Gb sd card on TomTom with only the maps that I need for the moment, and I can only test again on 4Gb sdhc card in a few months from now. Keep up the good job and the competition.

Thanks again.

Download, unzip & copy the Bootloader_5.5128.rar onto the 2Gb sd card on TomTom with only the maps that you need for the moment & boot it. When the boot up is complete, your device is ready to use your 4GB card.
