what is your current navcore & where did you get it?

8.393 (i think it isn`t from here)... but i tryied a lot of navcore(from navitotal).... but all does not connect to phone.

For quality contol reasons, Navitotal does not offer support for items downloaded elsewhare.

The best way to get it going is to check on the TT homepage if your phone is supported and if so, which TT supports it, than you get that Navcore or at least the corresponding files for your phone from it.
I suggest you make a backup of your current system.
Download the official Navcore for your device and try if the phone works.
If not try a different Navcore (check with TT first ;) ) and when you find a working combination it is simple to get the files you need from there to any Navcore you like.
