Hi, need new map with no SD slot.
Need help to download latest map for
ttgo.bif:
DeviceName=TomTom XL
DeviceVersionHW=ONE XL (v9)
DeviceSerialNumber=RMxxxxxxxxxx
BootLoaderVersion=55136
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=8083
ApplicationVersion=9669
CurrentMap=United_Kingdom_and_Republic_of_Ireland
CurrentMapVersion=845.2666
Storage:
Size 978MB, Free 766MB

1. Download United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland 1000.8672 = 183MB
2. Also download FastActivate
3. Move the old map from the device to a safe place
4. Extract new map archive to the root of your device...also extract FastActivate archive to the root
5. Run FastActivate from the root and select options 2 & 3 (waiting for successful messages each time)
6. Done

Thanks, I have downloaded the map but when I paste the folder to the tomtom drive the transfer rate is very slow.

On the PM you sent, it shows the date of FastActivate to be 08-02-2017 so it's no wonder it won't activate

Download a new copy of FastActivate using the link I gave you and try again
