Just connect to TT Home and let it do the updates, follow the instructions Home gives you.

Do a hard reset followed by the TT Clear Flash Tool.
Reinstall the Navcore, if still no luck I suspect the device is faulty.
Can you still access the internal memory?

Hold reset for 30+ sec. Clear Flash is in my signature.
After that delete all files and folders from your device and try again the update through Home.

Press power to shut down and hold the button until the device turns back on or for at least 30sec.
