Tomtom one N14644 Probleme

I have a Tomtom n14644 wich dont work. When I switch it on show it show me a hard dirve and still like that. I make a reset - holding 15 s - it show a lot of information but still not working. The first conection with pc was with at east 5 virus.
Please help me.

Connect to PC, delete everything from the device.
Start Home and update your device to the latest version of the application - you might have to do it several times.
One you got the thing going check the map thread for a suitable map, dollow the instructions provided and check the tutorial section.
Don't forget to patch your Navcore.

I deleted every thing but but still 926 Mo used can i use Format ?

I used Clear-flash.
I added a map
I used fast activate lite than premieum in the root and in the map.
it workred but it says to me : You can't use this map in this device, i think that i didn't patch my navcore.
can you help me

ok ; all that I had to do is Patch my system on Easy activator -because the device tell me : [color=#FF0000]you can't use this map in this device[/color]-.
