Tomtom One New Edition - Update MAPS PROBLEM

Postby bmalves » Wed Jan 05, 2011 12:09 am

Hi there.

I'm a newby in updating my TomTom device:

Name:TomTom ONE NEW EDITION
Installed = program/Navigator 6.560

I have a new SD Card 2Gb where I have copyed Europe_South_850_2781 and patched with FastActivate but the device don't recognize my Map.

The fastActivate has built the next ttgo.bif:

[TomTomGo]
DeviceName=TomTom ONE
DeviceVersionHW=ONE (v4)
DeviceSerialNumber=
DeviceUniqueID=
RamDiskVersion=20081205
BootLoaderVersion=53029
LinuxVersion=2344
ApplicationVersionVersionNumber=7903
ApplicationVersion=9183
UserLanguage=Português
PLZ I really need help.

The bad thing is that the device has already some system files on it but I believe that something goes wrong with the update.

The device doesn't detect any maps on it...

I'm freaking out !!!

Please indicate some tutorial to be read to update this has must be.

Thank you so much...

850 maps are 2 editions out of date. 860 is current.

850.2781 is not compatible with 7.903. It requires a 8.2XX or newer navcore.
