I have a TomTom One that is a few year old. Someone would update it for me and now it is not working anymore. It is empty, not a map on it.
TomTom can not help me because i can't find the prove that i once bought it.
Does anyone know how to get it to work again?

Check the tutorial section, after that the Navcore section and the 915 map thread and you should be good to go.

I will give you some links but it seems to me that if don't know how to find your way in a forum you'll have lots of difficulty in updating or reinstalling your TT.

In itself it is a fairly simple procedure but you need to do it carefully.

You could start by connecting it to the computer, see what's left on the TT storage and give the information mentioned in downunder's signature.

Don't worry, if the hardware is okay, you can get if working again.
