Why do you want to update your bootloader?
Never format your internal memory or SD card unless you encounter read/write errors.
You can find Navcores with automatic installation here : :link:
My idea is that you have not followed the instructions for installing a navcore.

1. 5.5128 is perfect. Leave it alone.
2. No need, so quit trying.
3. We never recommend formatting internal or card memories, except in the most sever cases.
4. OK
5. Go here: TomTom Automatic Navcore Installation Read the instructions carefully, then select: SE_Navcore.9.205.547817_32mb_devices.rar (Widescreen ONLY)
6. We never use TT HOME for upgrading navcores or maps.
