1. then went to update in tomtom home, since then it has been stuck at the tomtom screen, i have tried the following!
hard reset with power button (the only button it has, no reset pin button)
2. reformatted the internal memory (no sd card)
after the 3rd format attempt i started to get a different langue on screen managed to clear that and get the start up menu, langue time etc, once you enter the time it freezes again and resets back.
3. it will connect to home and via the operate my device i can get to the voice setting and no maps screen (brought the device with no maps) any help appreciated before i launch it
