Your bootloader is 5.3029.

First, you have to update your bootloader to version 5.5128
Download the bootloader

Unpack the program and place the file system in the root of your one
or on an empty SD card from 1GB or less then switch off and reboot
Read the txt document.
Be sure that the battery of TT is fully charge and DON’T interrupt
the process of rebooting!

THIS OPERATION IS RISKY AND CAN BREAK DOWN YOUR UNIT. ALSO IT'S NOT REVERSIBLE.

At the end of BL upgrade check in TTGO.BIF that bootloader string reflect that
real version of BL. Otherwise edit it.

Please take care that it's impossible to downgrade (come back to previous version).

Copy ttgo.bif to the SD card and then activate from there

The next step is to update the navcore (operating system) as your current one is very old and the map you are trying to use might not be compatible?

In the past, you said that you used an 16GB sd card but it was not compatible (your bootloader was not
alright that could be the reason). Now that your bootloader is oke I suppose that this card works after formatting Fat32. I was revering to that SD card. If not wait for the new card.
