TomTom One XL Update

Hi guys, total tool/n00b on this but I want to update my TomTom One XL with (hopefully) the latest maps and possibly Navcore (if this is required) and i'm not sure the best method to go about this.

Here's a spec of my TomTom:

At least once a week the same questions and I would appreciate if a user uses the registration not only to poat a request, but also to read our rules, tutorials and use the search function.
