Hello,

i have a tomtom one v4 (2008) edition (4EE0.001.02)
which modifications can i do on my GPS?
bootloader of something else?

Has it ever been upgraded. The original navcore is 8.010. The v4 came with 3 different memory sizes, 512MB, 1GB &2GB. Yours has which one?

ok you have a version 1.xxxx bootloader here... this means, DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR NAVCORE....

and you currently have the latest Western Europe MAP, so, dont touch anything,,, your fine,,,

DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR NAVCORE...

this means, you get to have what you have and thats it,,,

only thing you can add is TomPLAYER, so you can play MP3 & videos

nope, only 1gb internal
and tomplayer is 24mb's, dont get on it

well honestly, there's no point in having TomPLAYER if you dont have a SD card slot,,,

anyways, just stay the way you are,,,
