TomTom xl RDS-TMCReceiver help

updated my tomtom that has not been used in over a year to the latest available maps and navs from this site. but when i plug in the rds receiver in the car the tomtom just freezers and then keeps rebooting, if i use the tomtom with out the traffic rds plugged in it works fine, can anybody tell me what im missing, before i started updating i deleted the old files off the tomtom and just added the files i downloaded from here

fastactivate option 7 gives me this

any help would be great , the only other option i would have is go back to my old maps and do a complete restore

This behavior is very unusal.
What Navcore are you using and did the problem start right after update?
Did you do a clean install on an empty device?

i did a clean install, and the tomtom works ok until you plug in the rds traffic, then the tomtom screen freezers and after about 1 min the tomtom reboot to the tomtom screen then just keeps restarting, the nav version is 9510

sorted it, put an offical navcore on and its working again, just added the maps and rerun fastactivate
