Yes, it can be updated with a new map but first you should update the navcore to the new official one from TomTom

Do a full backup of your XL IQ & then download and extract the new navcore to your device (overwriting everything it asks about)...then when that is completed, you can look at what map to download

Ok, good...download Russia_Baltics_Finland_1055_10380 (896MB) from one of the links in the Map section and activate it with FastActivate (instructions are provided)
