TomTom Start 20 Iberia

Hello, i have a tomtom start 20 iberia [Please Register or Login to download file]
Can i unblock the device with the same tools and maps i use for my tomtom go live 950 ?

I need to know before i take the decision of returning it to the store. It was a Christmas gift.
