Hi, i have a start 42, its was updating trough mydriveconnect but i remove it and now i cant connect again to mydriveconnect...
On the gps show a red x bettwen computer and gps and on mydriveconnect says its connecting but cant...
Any idea what to do? thanks

Try uninstalling "Mydrive connect" from your pc ... then install again.
This method worked for me.

Hi, the tomtom software is already connected but now the question is that i format the microsd card in the computer but the gps wont recognize the card, so i have the map to install but get a message to buy a card...
If the gps work i can format in the menus but this way to gps work i have to insert the card ready to work with gps...
I already format in windows in fat32 but the gps wotn recognize the card... Is there any way to format a card ready to work on the gps? Thanks

I can choose to install a smaller map but if i do that just to restore the menus of the gps, later i can install the main map with all the countries?

Dont show me the menu, just say i dont have any map...
But since mydrive detect them and let me install a smaller map, cant i install a smaller map just to restore the gps menus and then reinstall the main map with all europe? My question is that:
if i install a smaller map can i install the main main larger map later?

You need the factory reset , like in video , shut down , push 3 times ... like in video , after this maybe you can restore your device.

I did that turn off, click 3 times but after that the menu only say "no map available, reinstall a map or buy one"...

So you can install the former map .... the rest ... if you want you have to pay.
You have no maps for life .... !!

Solved. I install a small map, since the menus were restored i can format the card and then install the main will all the europe in the card. Thanks
