Some of the restriction in the truck map can not be permantly changed using map share.
For some stupid reson TT thinks some limits are not to be changed.
In another forum I read that it might help using a car profile, do the changes and switch back to the truck profile, but I don't see how this would make the changes stay.

I think the only way I am going to get around this issue until the next map comes out is revert to the previous version. I could, of course, just change the vehicle profile to car when south of the crossing but that could land me in all sorts of bother.

as said when i did it i "crawled" along between the 2 junctions ( on the map of course)and kept checking for restrictions of any kind.there seemed to be a few i.e 7 1/2 ton,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,32 ton,,,,,,blocked for trucks etc. you just got to find them all. they only happen from slip road just before the a2 canterbury junction.

Yeah tried them all but after you remove them they all come back again either with the same restriction or a different one then when you think you have removed them all they mysteriously re-appear, very frustrating but it appears some cannot be removed.

ok , change 32 ton limit to 100 click ok and click to share ,you then get option "permanent or temporary" choose permanent. by choosing to map-share the change makes it ok on the map. do the same for any other changes you make.

to clear the dartford tunnel restrictions click on the left or right purple lane some satnavs work on left some on right
remove each restriction seperately and when asked to remove on other side of road click no
do not share with tom tom as sometimes they will come back after about a week
if they will not remove on left lane they should on the right
my 530 is clear on the left and also a tomtom one but a go 300 had to be done on the right
once the restrictions are gone the lane will change to the proper colour

To remove restrictions on truck map follow this procedure. Go to road with restriction you want to remove ie: A228 Grain Rd, go to map corrections, unblock street for truck, pick A228 Grain Rd, this will come up as blocked for all trucks, remove restriction then go back to same rd. If road still restricted for all trucks press reset button then turn unit back on. Go back to same rd (A228 Grain Rd) you will now find that the restriction has gone totally or been replaced with a weight, width, or height restriction that it will then let you remove. I've used this procedure to remove restrictions on genuine device, device with cracked map navcore, go720,730,930,one xl. They all work in the same way, once it starts letting you remove the restrictions you'll find that you won't have to keep reseting the unit. The Dartfoot crossings can be removed by the same means as I've also unblocked these on the above devices.

Connect to your PC and run TomTom Home. It should offer updated GPS and Map corrections. That should sort it.
