TomTom Truck files

Hi,

Right now the newest files from TomTom truck should be navcore: 8.395 and map: Europe TRUCK 840_2554. I tested and this will work on GO 720. But please can someone confirm if this same mix will work also on TT GO 7000 Truck?

I am asking this because i heard originaly TT GO 7000 Truck uses map version under name "Map Version V2" not like Europe Truck 840.2554. Can someone confirm this

I have noticed quite a few TT One V1 / V2 being sold with truck maps on.

Will these older units work ok with the latest truck maps installed ?

I do not one a one model but i have helped people upgrade theyer one models with truck and if you use a setconfig.txt then you can save enouff RAM to run TRUCK map/navcore

There is no right or wrong, its diffrent for diffrent units / setups read that thread see what each one switchfile does and have a play see what is best for you

Hello TT team :P , i wouldn't open new thread, and i'll ask here :), can i use truck maps on TT ONE XL device? Normally i know that tt one xl isn't so good device with 32MB ram and so slow cpu 266mhz, i read thread about some call it trick or whateva to make better emulation of tt one xl navcore, with setconfig.txt file, can i use this method on tt one xl with setconfig file to make more free RAM memor to be able in runing truck maps?

And another question do i have to use navcore 8.395.xxx for tt one xl if i want to use truck maps? Cause on chart of truck maps, i can see that these maps are compatible with 8.412 navcore, or ? I'm a little bit confues about this, cause that picture show compatibility with higher version of 8.395 navocre + truck maps, but on many places people wrote that 8.395 is latest navcore for truck maps :) ?

Yes you need to use a TRUCK navcore and TRUCK map to get all truck features the latest TRUCK map is [color="Green"]HERE[/color] and 8.396 is the latest navcore but i do not have a SE ttsystem for this version so please use 8.395 if you use the Outsourced.8395 folder in the SE ttsystem.rar you will save some RAM

aha, understand now, missing ttsystem for latest navcore , ok i'll use then latest navcore with ttsystem . I'll try to play a little bit with TT ONE XL + TRUCK navocre + truck maps .

can anyone help me out here,I have the latest truck map and navcore installed on my tt720 and they work fine except for the notification that my system does not have any truck attributes,is there something else that i need to add to the maps to cure this,ie poi's or something like that.
oops meant to add that my navcore is 8.396 and my map is 845.2649.

This map uses 2 metas, and both must be patched. If successful, your map folder should contain a .meta.dct & a .tmeta.dct file. The Truck attributes are in the .tmeta.dct file.
Which keygen do you use when patching?

alberts easy activator,i have just checked in my map folder and i dont have a dct file for the tmeta.is there another patcher that you can recommend please??
