Hello ! I have TT XL2 IQ, Europe42, TMC included (not mem card), buyed 4 weeks a go from Germany (MediaMarkt) Yesturday i tryed to update via TomTom HOME. There is neded a product code , but i did not find it, in the box no CD no card code.Tomtom worked until yesturday. Now the problem is this message "NO MAPS FOUND", TomTom don't work. I restored files , but is the same problem. So , what can I do ? The map was "western and central Europe 42". Now the update map via TT HOME is 2.26 GB size, i can't download it because is not enough space forthis map in my device. Do I need the original map "Europe 42" ? Please help me :helpsos:, I am a novice to navi sistems. I have sent my problem to tomtom.com , but no answer. Sorry for my poor english. Thanks

@ leopard : Please tell the real story here.
It does not matter how old a TT is when you buy it new from a shop - it will always be with original Navcore and Map(s).
Any update with Home works fine.
The error you postes can only be caused with non-genuine Navcores and maps.
You are definately not telling the right story here ;)

So please either way take it back under warranty or tell the full story with all details that are necessary.
