Tomtom xxl and problem with maps

Hello

Already one week i'm trying to change maps on my Tomtom xxl and every map I download doesn't work. I will explain step by step all my actions and could you find a mistake.

As I know version of my navcore is 9.510

I have checked in a table map that passed to my device.
Europe West 970.7466

Then I upload the map on my navigator and with program easyusetool make dct file.

Then I see that file with name Europe_West-100772.meta.dct appeared in the folder with map.

I disconnect My device from laptop. And every time the same problem

Problem with a map. you can not use it on this device.

I appreciate any help to solve this problem. Thanks

Is the navcore 9510 the original or a patched one. If it is the original you have to patched it.

Use FastActivate download and unpack

Copy "FastActivate.exe" and
Integrated_meta.txt
to your TomTom device in the root
Run "FastActivate.exe".
Select 2 and 3 till the message
OK System patched
Done
