Thanks to those who have helped me by PM but this is a question that nobody has the expertise yet to answer maybe only TomTom themselves. I have been very open here and have never received firther help elsewhere since opening this thread here so I'm just sorry that me being a member elsewhere is used as an excuse for not knowing the amswer. I would rather people just be honest with me.

I assure you that NOBODY is making any excuses.

I was just disappointed that senior people stopped answering me over something that is not valid.

Validity has nothing to do with it. Rules were being followed.

I use the XXL 540 Australia and I found that with the higher App numbers i was unable to use computer voices (Homer works fine but the minute I put in the computer voice all audio disappears and if I add custom sounds the same thing happens even if I manually put them in or if I download officially) but the lower numbers gave me no issues (This was a couple of months ago). I will be trying the newer versions of the EasyMenu software soon. Might be worth a try. I don't really care about the street names etc so don't really need it.

I know from my tests that several devices simply refuse to provide TTS and so far there is no "patch" for all devices available.
As said by Enigma73 it can help to try a few different Navcores - and the newest Navcore is not always the best choice.
On a few devices I had luck by using the old TTS voices with over 200mb each and the corresponding libraries but it caused silence after a speed warning or using BT hands free.
Since this only happens with newer devices I assume it is part of the protection TT implemented.
Please make a backup and try a few different Navcore versions to check if it makes any difference.
If possible do a clean install to prevent problems caused by old files.
