1. Before you can patch a 870.xxxx map with one of the older "patchers", you must first update the meta.txt file associated with that "patcher". The FastActive meta.txt file is up to date. I don't understand this comment:
but patches fine of i go back to 8.XXX Does it refer to maps or navcores? BTW, you can only patch a navcore that is officially designed for your unit, ie 9.053. For a navcore not designed for your unit, you must use a pre-patched version.
2. If you copy a new navcore over the top of your own existing navcore, overwriting any common files, you should not lose your files and folders. What is you current navcore?
