Tell me exactly what link you used to download this map.

This info is no help. I need to know what map link you clicked on to take you to the download page of the map that you downloaded.

I think the OP is referring to the postcodes [Please Register or Login to download file]

It says corrupt archive if you try to open/extract it with WinZip....but all is ok when WinRAR is used

Do you really need a Truck map...if you do, it's a big download so I'll give you some instructions for UK & ROI instead which is a lot smaller but the process is the same no matter what map is used.

1. Download UK & ROI 975.7748 map from [Please Register or Login to download file] (PW: navitotal)
2. Download FastActivate from here
3. Do a full backup of your current setup before proceeding
4. Extract the map (leaving it in it's own folder) to the root of your SD card...then extract FastActivate.exe to the root also
5. Run FastActivate.exe from there and select option 2 & 3 which will activate the map & patch the navcore
6. Disconnect and reboot the device...job done

If you also want install the latest SpeedCam files....

1. Download the files from [Please Register or Login to download file]
2. Extract the 2 x UK & ROI premium files into the new map folder on your device
3. Run FastActivate.exe selecting option 2 again

The file you were talking about in post #1 contains the postcode files, open that with WinRAR & extract that to the root

All done

You don't have to remove it at all if you have enough space available, if not remove the complete truck map folder (you should have the whole device backed up anyway)

Run FastActivate from your device and select option 3 to patch the navcore
