First of all you need to edit your first post to remove the personal information as I've indicated above....this is for your own security reasons

Then install [Please Register or Login to download file] and let it update your device as the navcore (operating system) is quite out of date

Once done, come back with the updated ttgo.bif info and we can look at maps....I'm assuming you'll be wanting Italy?

Once again, edit your post to remove the sensitive info

The following Italy map has meta released so you'll have no problems with activation:

[Please Register or Login to download file] = 227 MB

Once downloaded:
1. Backup your device using Windows Explorer
2. Move the old map folder from your device to your desktop
3. Extract new map folder to your device (PW: navitotal)
4. Extract FastActivate to the root of your device
5. Run FastActivate.exe from the device and select options 2 & 3
6. Disconnect device from PC and reboot it....job done

Ok, well done

Now to finish it off nicely for your friend, you might like to install the latest speedcam files?

1. Download SpeedCam files from here
2. Extract both Safety_Cam_IT_Premium.ov2 & Safety_Cam_IT_Premium.ov2.ver files into the new map folder on the device
3. Run FastActivate on the device again selecting option 2 to activate the speedcams
4. Job done
