Hi, sorry for being dense, but I'm trying to get a working US Map on my Tomtom XL. Windows is showing it's got 948MB free. I tried the USA and Canada 1GB 970.7492_Installer but it's saying not enough room. I tried to delete some files from the sat nav, but still not enough space! Any help would be very greatefully received. Thanks

Don't remove anything from the navcore unless you know what it does or you are confident it won't adversely affect the running of the device.

Deleting poi.dat from the map should give you enough room to install it

Witch navcore you use and is it patched.

There are a bunch of different XL models. What does line 2 of your ttgo.bif say it is?
