Hi can anyone give any advise please?? i have a GO 550 live and all has been working fine up to last week. i had a cracked Navcore, new cracked UK map and HD traffic working. My HD traffic expired so i updated it. next day all HD traffic services stopped working. the only way to get them working is to revert back to the original installation (ie. 1 year old Map and original un-cracked navcore)

Is there a way of using a cracked map, navcore and voices etc with the HD traffic working or are am i stuck with old maps and voices etc.

It was all working until i renewed subscription.

any help would be very much appreciated.

"Stopped working" in which way? No updates/connection to server?
What does it show in Main Menu/Live Services/My Services?
What does it show in Change preferences/MyTomTom account? Maybe you need to login again?
What does it show in Main Menu/Status & information/Version information/Network?
Are you running a standard 9.058 navcore just patched to run cracked map(s)?

What does it show in Main Menu/Live Services/My Services? - all services valid until Sept 2012
What does it show in Change preferences/MyTomTom account? Maybe you need to login again? - connects to tomtom services, username and password accepted
What does it show in Main Menu/Status & information/Version information/Network? - Connected
Are you running a standard 9.058 navcore just patched to run cracked map(s)? - Cracked Navcore 9.11.516023.2; OS 515773, GPS 1.20; Boot 5.5259< UK map 875.3613

I would suggest you revert to the official 9.058 navcore which a) is designed for this device and b) will run ANY map you want (subject to patching)

Newer navcores do NOT mean better navcores. There's always a compromise in this.

Hi biggerdave, thanks for the response. so if i put on a patched 9.058 navcore then it should all work ok? next question and a bit of a favour, can you possibly point me in the right direction to where i obtain this as there seems to be a few different ones in the navcore forum.
