These comments tell me that you are already defeating the use of the device by creating a route, but not following it. Accurate IQ Routing depends on users following the IQ generated route. The IQ data is updated as problems are encountered along that route. It has to learn not to go a certain way by experience, just as you had to learn when & where the trouble spots are. The TT generated routes won't get any better, if you aren't willing to help update the IQ data.
Since you already know the routes from experience, it appears that you just use the device as a toy to play with along the way.
