Quick post whilst I'm mobile - Ok, on my ONE 3RD Edition with UK&ROI 880 3810 map, I am getting some numbers and the letter 'm' in the top left of the display and just to the right of the '+'. They only appeared after I updated the map and the numbers are 'random' and go up and down:

I.e. 102m then103m, 104m, 103m, 102m, 101m, 100m, 99m

I can't really see what purpose they have and would like to know what these numbers mean and can they be disabled?

Please post a screenshot.

I suspect that you have got an altimeter installed now.

Have you got a folder called "Height" on the root of your device?

[Please Register or Login to download file] I would say is a likely candidate.

That is what I'm thinking & is the reason for the screen shot. If he used DSA, it is almost guaranteed.

It can only be height.
Delete the folder height and the file "ttn" in the root of your device - please backup the file ttn first in case it used by another program.
After these steps the numbers will be gone.

If in fact it is Height, bheart might want to keep it for a few days, once he knows what it is. You and I have had it installed for a good while. I have my display in the lower right corner.
