ttgo630_rebooting_constantly??HELP??

Postby TRUCKERDAZZ » Mon Aug 08, 2011 7:18 pm

Hi, my friend today gave me his go630 to have a look at as he has truck installed on an sd card which he has been using for over 6 months without a problem (I installed truck). This morning he updated the nav as usual but for some reason he chose to click on the "scan & fix" button that is displayed by win7 when he plugged it in and since he has done this his nav simply will not kick in....it just keeps rebooting!! I've taken out the sd card and it boots up as normal but now says "no maps found" yet the original map IS located in its folder on the root?? CONFUSED!! I've tried reinstalling truck on a seperate card and gave that a whirl and yep you guessed it.......constant rebooting!! I've never come across this before and i'm stuck!! .........IDEAS ANYONE?????........

Any and All help/advice appreciated!!

If you have not a legal map in your TT 630,patch your map and navcore.
After patching ,disconnect TT 630, give a reset for 15 sec.
ps:my english is bad?
Try it

Erase the card (reformatting not needed) & reinstall the truck navcore & map like you did the first time. For the internal issue, it sounds like the navcore is no longer patched.
