ttnavigator.bif file missing (Solved)

hello, I have a rac sat nav with tt navigator loaded , it fires up tomtom hands come on and activation faild on the maps tried fastactivation error ttnavigator .bif file missing. put my sd card back in but it does not give me new bif file any help please thanks

Could the card be write protected?

the card is a 2 gb sandisk and i formatted it

Can you write to the card from the device? Just to rule out a faulty card reader.

card reader is ok transfered the other files ok

hello thanks for your help, i have just used a different sd card and it as worked ok thanks for the pointer
