There are portuguese voices in both LoquendoTTS v6.5 & v7.0, but I doubt that you will ever see a VocalizerTTS version.

The Portugese Vocalizer voice on the iPhone is still missing some files, so unfortunately I can't convert it. If the voice is ever updated by TomTom, I will have a look at it again. As tendriver said, you can try the LoquendoTTS voices in the meantime.

App 9.401.862279.1 OS 802398 (1021, 15/02/2012) - SE
Map: Europe_West_1GB_885.4058

I have VocalizerTTS voice Julie (Canada), it have a weird pronunciation.
I downloaded yr French Female - Virginie voice and follow yr instruction for installing it. I also deleted all Julie (Canada) voice. When I test yr Virginie voice, I've no sound.
I noticed that the TTS Vocalizer voices like Julie (Canada) and Samantha (English US) have each one 3 files as: VocalizerTTS\xxx0.ogg ; xxx1.ogg ; xxx3.ogg. Your French Female - Virginie voice have NOT these virginiex.ogg files. Maybe that cause the no sound.
Have you the virginie .ogg files?

There are no .ogg files in Virginie. She works fine on a GO X20.

Since with the V9 Navcores all devices should be able to use Loquendo Voices I hope someone that downloaded your voices will provide a mirror.
After all it would show some appreciation for your work.
