TTS Voices ONE XL

Hi All
First its nice to see this site UP after some bright tech decided to re-boot the server without closing of the data structure correctly
I have patched my OLD XL with Navcore 9.10 added UK 920 421 and patched it OK with Fastactivate now trying to get TTS voices to work.
Sadly links in STICKEY voices "Vocaliser for UK Serena " no longer work "file not found"
Can anyone help by supplying new links please
