Well, a massive thank you to everyone (especially tendriver) for helping an absolute numpty eventually get it..... Satnav loaded with USA maps at last! eventually I had to use firefox, turn off firewall and restart pc? whatever I did worked so happy days :-)

I didn't say fire wall, I said anti virus.

FFR, I use IE 11 & download F/A with no issues. I do get a "False Positive" when running the .exe file. I exempt it in my AV.
