Ok follow this guide below

 • Make a full backup with windows explorer (Copy and Paste to your pc)
 • copy the contents of this archive to the root of your device, (overwriting any commen files if prompted) SE_Navcore.8.410.1218.Basicpack.rar
 • Now copy the contents of this archive across to your device (overwriting any commen files if prompted) SE_ttsystem.8.410.1218.rar
 • Now you need to download your required map (v 855 is the newest maps available but there is no western europpe available yet , but i think it will be available v soon) but there is v 850 available right now, i can not advise you on wich map untill you tell me how much space your device has 512 MB, 1 GB or 2GB.
 • When you have your map downloaded extract to its own new folder in the root of your device
 • Now download AutoActivate FROM HERE and extract the file AutoActivate.exe to the root of your device and run the .exe.
 • When finished reeboot your device and it should boot up the new software and map ;)

Make a backup of your current setup using Windows Explorer.
Download this navcore: SE_Navcore.8.417.1255.Basicpack.rar & SE_ttsystem.8417.1255.rar
Download AutoActivate 03.09.2010 {1.3}
Copy in the Navcore Basicpack files & folders & the SE ttsystem Filea & folders from the rar, overwriting any common files.
Follow the instructions & run AutoActivate 03.09.2010 {1.3}

I didn't mention a map. 855 versions just came out 2 days ago. You can wait until the Western Europe version is posted, or you can have a 850 version now.

Hello,
1. I've done all, but I have not enought free space in FLASH DISC, so I put the map in a SD CARD, but when I put the CARD in GPS it don´t recognise and stop the boot, and the image that stay's is THE GPS AND THE CARD ( under the GPS IS BLANKING THE SD CARD ) .How can I read the maps in the SD CARD????

2. I haven't erase all files, I just copy and paste the others and replace the files that it says. It's this that you tell me or I must delete before the others files???:think::think:

The map in question was :
Western Europe 1GB 850.2783 [918MB]
Western Europe 850.2783
7B B1 ED D5 47 BF D6 0B DD DE CE FF 26 2E 73 F2 Western_Europe_1GB-163.meta ; Western_Europe_1GB_850_2783

Thanks!

Did you put a copy of your device's ttgo.bif file on the card before you patched it? Have you looked in the map folder for a .meta.dct file to confirm that the map is patched?

OK. I'm test it in longer time, if you have any idea to detect or how read maps from the sd card please tell later, I could not read yet.
Later I report if I detect signal.

Big thanks for your HELP.:drinks:

If the map has been correctly patched, for the device that it is in, it will run from the internal or a card.

Hi,
I have test it all this afternoon, but I haven't any GPS's signal and can't read maps for the SD CARD :doh::doh:
I don't know what to do!:think: The iberia map is detect but don't have signal, so at the moment my problems are:
1. How detect GPS signal??????
2. How read (detect) maps from the SD CARD????
Thanks!

I have correctly patch it ( I think because I have the Meta.DCT in the map), but it just recognise the internal, not for the SD CARD and blocked in the boot. :(:(:(

Go to "Change Prefrences" > "Switch Maps" here you should see your map on your sd card, if not copy your file ttgo.bif to your sd card from your internal

I try it, but always when I put the SD CARD the GPS blocked :(:(, I was thinking, maybe it is the SD FORMAT incorrect, should I FORMAT in :
NTFS, FAT ( predefinition), or FAT32 ????
Ah I forgot, I don't have any signal in my GPS too,..... :(:(
