TT VIA 1400 / 1405 STUCK ON SPLASH SCREEN

Hello guys.
I bought a TT VIA 1400 on Netherlands and only used it 3 times before it got stuck on splash screen.
I contacted the TT support, but they are really useless and no repair info was given from them.
I tried pressing the power button 3x but no luck, tried fully charging, removing battery but no further progress has been done. Also read a guy here who had the same with a VIA 110 but the next post was archived and I couldn't find it on archive.org.
Its also not detected by the pc.
I opened the device and I couldn't identify any shorted component, also no eeprom or nand chip that I might reprogram.
I did only find the RX and TX points which might be helpful. Is there any tutorial how to connect the device with PL2302, or usb cable, get into terminal and reset the device or flash a firmware?
Or is there any way how to get past the logo?
