Mon Oct 29, 2012 5:55 pm

Hi
My TomTom 920 has stopped to work with voice command for addresses etc buttons are greyed out.
Map Scandinavia v895.4438
navcore 9.485
boot 5.5242

All is patched with fastactivate, ASR is newly copied from a working backup. Thankful for any more ideas that will help.

Are you referring to "Voice Command" or "Command & Control"?

I must confess my lack of knowledge, what is the difference? What i mean is that i can´t speak to TT through the mic and say the adress etc. ( the lang i use is swedish)

Confirm that there is a "support_asr.dat" file in the ASR folder.

Confirmed, the file is located in the ASR folder.
The buttons i mentioned are; then I choose Navigate to and then address i have been able to chose two buttons on the right lower row "Spoken adress" and "Spoken adress (dialog)". They arer greyed out ie not working.

Now I´ve found that it's working with my other map Western and central europe same version as above

Ok the problem is solved the file cspeech_SWE.dat was not in the map folder:crazy:

Thanks for your help anyway tendriver!!!

Thanx for the update. I was downloading the map to confirm the contents, particularly the cspeech files.
