But if that is your only problem.....
If only the top part broke (the thin thing that you push in to hold the cable) you can fix it without a new board.
Cut a piece of thick plastic foil (like the stuff used for blister packs) to the exact width of the ribbon cable and about 1cm in length.
Make sure you really cut straight and in an 90° angle.
Push the ribbon cable into the connector and hold in place.
Now push the plastic strip in as well - so that the plastic is on top of the connector.
It is a bit of fine work necessary and if the plastic won't go in try a thinner piece - don't use brute force!
Once done and checked you put a piece of good sticky tape over it to hold it in place.
