I mistakenly format my Old tomtom one N14644 GPS without backup and I can not restore it back to the original state.

So what are things I need to install on it (Map, updates and so on) order to be working again?

What version of MAP should I download and install, where should I install the map?

You might be right.
Have you checked the 870 and 750 map thread? There are instructions in it too.
We also have a good tutorial section available.
Update using Home to the latest official Navcore, add the map of your choice, use Fastactivate to patch the Navcore and activate the map.
